
Buko (young coconut) chiller

- 2 buko
- 250 ml water
- ice cubes
- sugar to taste

- Cut the top of the buko to expose the soft meat inside. Pour the juice into a large bowl.
- Whack the buko in half. Using a spoon, scrape out the meat and place in the bowl with juice.
- There should be enough juice for 2 servings, however, add water to make it sufficient.
- Add ice cubes to chill and if you like it sweet, add a little sugar. Serve in tall glasses.
