Daging Masak Kicap (Beef in Soy Sauce)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 500 gm beef, sliced thinly

- Peel and slice potatoes to medium thickness then marinate with a little salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes until cooked. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic in pan until onions are soft. Add beef, soy sauce and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the beef is cooked, add the peas and stir. Add the potatoes and combine with the other ingredients.
