Slow cooker rice pudding
- 150g short grain rice
- 1 (375ml) tin evaporated milk
- 250ml water
- 100g sultanas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well.
- Cook on high for 2 or 2 1/2 hours, or on low for 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Stir once during the cooking time.
