In 1980 opened Shawarma Grill House, the first Lebanese restaurant on the street in Copenhagen. It was the first Shawarma Grill, not only in Denmark but throughout Skandivavien. It resulted in a whole new revolutionary form of food that was healthy and made from super woe's raw materials, from the homemade marinade to the meat and the most talked-chili sauce, also homemade, based on our own secret recipes.
