In 1989, he made good on his promise with the creation of Wing Bro’s Today with the help of his four brothers, the franchise operates locations across  North America, The menu has expanded over the years to include chicken wraps, popcorn shrimp, and homemade mac ‘n cheese, but wings are still the restaurant’s mainstay. Diners can choose between bone-in or hand-battered boneless wings, all tossed in 1 of 9 sauces. Mild, medium, and hot are the most popular choices, but Garlic Parm ,Sweet & Sour, and Spicy BBQ are available  too, for spicy-food lovers.
